You do not need to be a model, know how to pose, or feel confident before you arrive. This experience is designed to help you feel comfortable, guided, and beautiful from start to finish.
Click the "Book Your Experience" button, select your package and then follow the online prompts to choose your date, time, location and dress colour. Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email with all the details about your upcoming photoshoot.
No. Most clients have never done anything like this before. Our team will guide you through every pose, movement, hand placement, and dress toss, so you feel supported throughout the entire session.
Simple fitted clothing or nude-toned undergarments usually work best. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive preparation guidance so you know exactly what to bring and how to get ready.
Queenstown weather can be unpredictable, and sometimes wind, clouds, and soft light can make the photos even more beautiful. However, safety and comfort always come first. If the weather is not suitable, we will discuss the best available options with you.

Yes, to secure your booking at Queenstown Flying Dress, we require a full payment or 50% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 7 days prior to photoshoot date. We accept payment by PayPal, Wise, Apple Pay, or bank transfer. If you need to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy for details on refunds.
Photoshoot locations are chosen based on season, weather, light, accessibility, and the overall look you want for your images. Queenstown offers a range of stunning natural backdrops, from lakeside views to mountain scenery. You get to decide your preferred location at the time of booking.
Session length depends on the package you choose.
Your final edited images will be delivered digitally via email 14 days after your session according to the turnaround time included in your package.
This is something I’ve chosen very intentionally.
When I did my own flying dress shoots in Dubai and Egypt, I realised something: you naturally fall in love with a handful of truly standout images. The ones where the dress is flying perfectly, the light hits just right, and you feel your absolute best.
Having too many edited photos can actually become overwhelming. Instead of treasuring a few powerful favourites, you end up scrolling through dozens that feel similar.
So at Queenstown Flying Dress, I focus on delivering your strongest, most flattering, most magical images, the ones you’ll want to frame, print, and post.
In the event of bad weather Queenstown Flying Dress keeps the 20% deposit as we have held the time and date for you.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the photoshoot are non-refundable.
No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Once full services have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
If you are feeling unwell, please let us know so we can rebook your session — we want you to feel fabulous on the day of your shoot.
All photographs and videos produced by Queenstown Flying Dress remain the copyright of the company. A licence agreement exists between Queenstown Flying Dress and the respective photographer/videographer.
Such footage may be used by Queenstown Flying Dress for marketing, promotional, and reproduction purposes. Purchasers or recipients may use the footage/photos for private or domestic use only, and they must not be reproduced, sold, or used for any commercial purpose (including supplier promotion) without prior written permission from Queenstown Flying Dress.
If you do not wish for your photographs or videos to be used on Queenstown Flying Dress social media platforms or in company marketing, you must advise us in writing.
