Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?

Yes, to secure your booking at Queenstown Flying Dress, we require a full payment or 50% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival. We accept payment by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. If you need to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy for details on refunds.

What is the My Flying Dress Photoshoot experience?

The My Flying Dress Photoshoot offers a luxurious and empowering photography experience featuring flowing dresses in stunning locations such as Queenstown and the Mountains. It's designed to capture beautiful, magazine-worthy images while celebrating confidence and individuality.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We have just started out, so we only have 2 options available to offer.

What happens if it rains on the day of our shoot?

In case of rain, we will reschedule the shoot for another day. If you are coming from out of town and we cannot schedule a backup date, then we will issue a refund.

Is there mobile phone coverage at Finns farm?

Yes, there is mobile phone coverage at Finns farm, but it can be patchy in some areas due to the rural location. We recommend that you check with your mobile phone provider to see if you will have coverage in the area. If you need to stay connected, we do offer free Wi-Fi in all of our cabins and glamping tents.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 14 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. If you fail to show up for your booking without giving us notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
